Building a course shell you can reuse every term

Illustration of an LMS course shell with six modules being copied to next term

Every term, many instructors rebuild their LMS course by hand: copying content, fixing dates, re-linking files and checking that quizzes still work. It takes hours, and small mistakes confuse students in the first weeks.

One clear structure

We build course shells with the same simple structure every time: Start Here, Lecture, Lab, Assignments, Exams and Quizzes. Students always know where to look, and instructors can move between courses without learning a new layout.

No hard-coded dates

Pages, slides and recorded videos are written without dates or term-specific references. Due dates live only in the LMS settings, so copying the course into next term is quick and safe.

Tested before students see it

  • Every package is imported into an LMS sandbox first, then into the live course.
  • Question libraries are organised by chapter and delivered in the LMS’s native import format, in multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank styles.
  • Weekly content can be released one week at a time as it is ready.

A reusable shell turns course setup from a weekend job into a short checklist — and gives students the same clear experience every term.
